Plain & Personalised Lanyards

What are lanyards used for?

Lanyards are commonly used to display badges, tickets or ID cards for identification. They are useful where security is required, such as hospitals, businesses, corporations, trade fairs/business shows and backstage passes.

How are personalised lanyards created?

We have the flexibility to create full colour bespoke and personalised lanyards. These lanyards can be produced in your brand colours. There are two ways our personalised lanyards are printed:

• Using a CMYK dye sublimation system which enables a full colour design
• Or Pantone colours which are printed

For both ways of printing, we require the artwork to be supplied in either a high resolution PDF converted to outlines or an AI file outlines.

We’ll always supply an electronic proof of your personalised lanyard before actually printing it. This can be adjusted to ensure that you’re happy with the size of text, logo, position, and colour etc.

However if you’re still unsure about the proof, an actual sample of your lanyard can be produced at a cost, ensuring you’re delighted with the final result. This is only usually required when a product such as a bespoke or personalised lanyard is being created.

One thing to bear in mind, is when you’re having personalised lanyards created, the print systems are only as good as the artwork supplied. If your artwork is of great quality, your finished lanyard will look great! Our artwork advice is free, but if we have to redraw the artwork we may have to make an additional charge subject to the time taken.

We will work with you on lead times to ensure your personalised lanyards arrive when you need them – all depending on your budgets and urgency. We have a minimum order quantity of 50. Set up and creation cost is included in the price.
